Abstract Submission Instructions

Please prepare your abstract using the provided template in the submission form. Text will be entered into the program as-is.

Confirmation of mode of presentation will confirmed three weeks prior to the conference. The full event program will be posted and sent out two weeks prior.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Please limit your poster dimensions to 36 inches by 48 inches (36"x48") - orientation does not matter. We will provide boards and tacks to display your poster. Boards will be available for presenters to set up their posters at 8:15am on September 27th. We will provide three sessions for poster presenters to share their work; the first will be immediately before lunch and the second two following lunch.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Oral Session presenters will each be given a 15 minute block – 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions. If you are selected to present during an Oral Session, please submit your name and presentation file using the link included in the presentation mode email. If possible, please also bring your presentation file with you on a flash drive the day of the Symposium. We can accept Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF files. A laser pointer and a slide advance remote, can be made available for each speaker.
