Poster Presentation Guidelines
Please limit your poster dimensions to 36 inches by 48 inches (36″x48″) – orientation does not matter. We will provide boards and tacks to display your poster. Boards will be available for presenters to set up their posters at 8:15am on September 23rd. We will provide two sessions for poster presenters to share their work; the first will be immediately after opening remarks, and the second will be immediately after lunch.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Oral Session presenters will each be given a 15 minute block – 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for questions. If you are selected to present during an Oral Session, please email info@midwestgeobiology.org by September 21st, 2023 with your name and presentation file attached. If possible, please also bring your presentation file with you on a flash drive the day of the Symposium. We can accept Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF files. A laser pointer and a slide advance remote, can be made available for each speaker.
